Realtor Specializes in Hard to Sell Homes

Realty Executives' Monk Boyer specializes in selling homes that have failed to sell when listed with other brokers. His success has earned him many referrals from past clients.

"I stay in contact with past clients; I consider each one a client for life. I enjoy making my clients happy – by either selling their home or finding them their dream home," Boyer said.

He says he specializes in selling homes that have been on the market two or three times with other brokers.

"I spend the first few hours of each day calling people to get bona fide buyers for my client. I am a marketing agent, and I use a telephone hot line to advertise homes 24 hours a day. I am in constant communication with clients who need to buy or sell immediately."

Boyer's readiness to help is amplified by an incident within his own family. When his father fell ill and needed a kidney donated, Boyer donated one of his.

"I was glad to help my father. He, in turn, helped me. After he had recovered from the surgery, he suggested that I try living and working in Las Vegas."

"It was a good move for me. I fell in love with the city and worked in the casinos as a dealer for 15 years. After working with so many different people, real estate was a natural progression. I set my goals, and in so doing make myself and my clients very happy."

Boyer credits Realty Executives with helping him achieve his goals.

"I received the Rookie of the Year [award] in 1991. I have a close relationship with the owners of Realty Executives, Jeff and Fafie Moore. They are always available and have helped me achieve my professional success."

The Nevada operation of Realty Executives was opened in 1989 by Jeff and Fafie Moore. They have three offices and more than 200 agents throughout Las Vegas.
